External evaluation of the implementation of the Lithuanian-Swiss Cooperation Programme
The Lithuanian National Co-ordination Unit initiated independent evaluation of the implementation of Lithuanian Swiss Cooperation Programme. PPMI GROUP and "Public Policy and Management Institute” assessed the process of the implementation of the Programme, its relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability. Based on the assessment results, external experts provided conclusions and recommendations on the implementation of the current Programme and potential cooperation priorities and interventions, as well as suggestions for a new administration system if there were new Swiss contribution period.
