Education: 1984 – a qualification of Economist obtained at Vilnius University.
   
Work experience:

Since 21 December 2020 – Vice-Minister of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania.
  From 2016 to 2020 – President of the Association of the Lithuanian Tax Advisors.
 

From 2008 to 2020 – private tax consulting practice.
 

From 2000 to 2008 – Head of the Tax Department in international audit and consulting company Deloitte.
 

From 1990 to 2000 – worked for the State Tax Inspectorate, Head of the Audit Division.
  Member of Vilnius International Rotary Club; President (2019–2020).
