Education:

2011-2012 - Vilnius University, Faculty of Economics, additional economic studies.

 

2010-2011 - University College London, International Banking and Finance Law, LLM (merit).

 

2005-2010 - Vilnius University, Faculty of Law, Master’s Degree in Commercial Law.

   
Work experience:

22 December 2020 – Vice-Minister of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania.

 

2019-2020 – Advisor to the President of the Republic of Lithuania for economics and innovations.

 

July 2019 – September 2019 – Acting Director of the Financial Stability Department, Bank of Lithuania.

 

2016-2019  – Head of the Banking Resolution Division, Bank of Lithuania.

  October 2018  – May 2019 - underwent a traineeship at the European Central Bank.
 

2014-2016 – worked for the Macroprudential Policy Division, Bank of Lithuania (in 2015-2016 – as a lawyer, in 2014-2015 – as a senior economist).

 

2012-2014 – worked for the Financial Mechanism Office, European Free Trade Association (in 2012-2013 – as a trainee lawyer, in 2013-2014 – as a lawyer).

 

February 2011 – September 2011 – underwent a traineeship in the law firm Eversheds LLP in London.

 

2009-2014 – worked for the law firm Eversheds Saladžius (since 2014 – as an advocate, in 2010-2012 – as an assistant to the advocate, in 2009-2010 – as a law assistant).
