Curriculum Vitae

Mr. K. Kvaraciejus is an expert in strategic management of organizational processes with more than 20 years of professional experience in the public and private sectors. Prior to his appointment as Vice-Minister, he served as Chancellor of the Ministry of Finance, and previously as an Advisor to the Minister of Finance. Previously, Mr. K. Kvaraciejus worked as an internal auditor at Klaipėdos paslaugos UAB, where he held management positions in private companies, and also lectured at the College of Applied Sciences, Department of Strategic Management.

Mr. K. Kvaraciejus holds Master's degrees in Strategic Management of the Public Sector and Bachelor's degrees in Law and Police Activities from Mykolas Romeris University.
