Actions if the data subject considers that his or her rights have been infringed

Individuals (data subjects) may contact the data protection officer with regard to all issues related to processing of their personal data and to the exercise of their rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 by e-mail [email protected], tel. +370 690 32104.

The data subject may appeal to the State Data Protection Inspectorate and the Vilnius Regional Administrative Court against any acts or omissions by the Ministry of Finance related to the exercise of the rights of the data subject by himself or herself or his or her representative, as well as the body, organisation or association authorised by him or her complying with the requirements of Article 80 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
