Adviser to the Minister Tadas Ramonas has experience in financial markets, investment analysis, crypto-assets and monetary policy. He has worked in the Market Operations Department of the Bank of Lithuania, where he was responsible for analysing financial market developments and the liquidity of the banking system, also contributed to the implementation of the digital euro (CBDC) and the conduct of the Eurosystem open market operations. In the private sector, Mr. T. Ramonas worked as a cryptocurrency investment analyst and investment analyst – assessed investment opportunities and analysed existing investment exposures.

Mr. T. Ramonas holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance from Vilnius University Business School (VU BS) and is currently studying at the same school for a Master's degree in Sustainable Finance and Investment.
