Adviser Viktorija Ancutaitė joined the team of the Minister of Finance

Viktorija Ancutaitė, an experienced professional in the public sector and state-owned enterprises, takes office as an Adviser to the Minister of Finance.

V. Ancutaitė has more than 15 years of experience in strategic management, policy making, B2B relations and regulation in one of the largest groups of Lithuanian companies - the transport and logistics sector. She specializes in the optimization of the activities of complex organizations and the integration of legal solutions.

V. Ancutaitė started her career in 2000 as an Assistant to the Member of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania, worked as an Adviser to the Member of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania in 2001-2009 and as a Chief Specialist in Vilnius City Municipality Administration in 2009-2012. From 2012 to 2014, she worked as a Senior Manager at the Freight Transportation Directorate of Lietuvos geležinkeliai AB and then managed client contracts with LTG Cargo AB for 10 years until 2024.

Recently, from November 2024, V. Ancutaitė worked as an Adviser to the Member of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania: advised on strategic legislative, public policy and regulatory issues, drafted legislative initiatives, analysed legislation and its impact, etc.

V. Ancutaitė has obtained a Bachelor's degree at former Vilnius Pedagogical University and a Master's degree in Law at Mykolas Romeris University.
