Minister G. Skaistė met with Lithuanian Ambassador to Poland V. Sarapinas
Today, Minister of Finance Gintarė Skaistė during the meeting in Vilnius with a new Lithuanian Ambassador to Poland Valdemaras Sarapinas discussed bilateral relations and priorities in strengthening relations between the countries in the economic field and financial sector.
“Lithuania and Poland maintain close bilateral relations based on a strong partnership within the European Union and NATO and a shared understanding of geopolitical threats. It is important to further intensify economic cooperation between the countries, including trade, investment and relations in the financial sector”, said Minister G. Skaistė.
During the meeting, Ms G. Skaistė with the Ambassador also discussed the favourable business environment in Lithuania, investment advantages and opportunities created by the developed Fintech sector.
