Minister of Finance Taurimas Valys met with Auditor General Irena Segalovičienė
Efficient use of public funds and transparent financial management are a shared priority for public institutions. Minister of Finance Taurimas Valys, together with the Ministry’s team, met with Auditor General Irena Segalovičienė.
During the introductory meeting, they discussed cooperation between the Ministry of Finance and the National Audit Office, the role of both institutions in ensuring responsible public finance management, and the importance of continued dialogue.
Both sides agreed to maintain open and constructive cooperation on key issues related to the management of public finances.
