Fiscal Structural Plans

The Fiscal Structural Plan (FSP) is a strategic document setting out Lithuania’s fiscal policy commitments. It presents the expenditure growth limits set by the Seimas and information on the reforms and investments the Government plans to implement. The FSP is also a key component of the European Union’s economic governance framework.
